· The ability to prepare all ingredients and food-set up prior to an event that ensures food safety, and freshness of items · Ability to have food cooked and plated to keep up with the timeline on days of events (Appetizers for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert) · Making sure all food is thoroughly cooked for safety reasons and that it represents our high standard of cooking every time · During weekdays, you will be needed to provide exquisite sample meals and serve clients at personal tastings · Every event we put on is as if we are cooking for family and executed to the best of our ability
