Responsibilities • Serve as a creative source to meeting planners. • Provide a communication list and ensure accuracy of Delphi regarding meeting space assignments. • Call contact for self-introduction and review of planning process. • Assume special projects as agreed to with the Area Director of Catering & Conference Services. • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
