You will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating events, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales... operations. • Event Coordination: • Assist in coordinating events held at the Richmond Hill City Center, including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and other special events. • Administrative Support: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and event bookings using Tripleseat Software. • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
