The Catering Event Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Catering Sales Manager. The Catering Event Coordinator will finalize wedding and social event business while maximizing the event space and upselling food & beverage enhancements to meet/exceed sales goals. • Provides accurate and concise information to all departments and communicates with the hotel team to disseminate details of upcoming weddings and social events.
