The Event Operations Specialist is responsible for executing catering sales and overall organization. Guest First From the first client conversation to the final invoice, the Guest First philosophy guides everything we do. Specific Responsibilities – (contract to invoice) • Address and resolve any client concerns • Enter Checklist task for the duration of the event once they’re definite • Schedule and attend necessary site visits • Schedule, plan and attend Final Details Meetings • Build Floor Plans • Confirm final guest counts and send final Proposals for payment • Send Entrees by Table form (if applicable) • Write Event Notes – Coordinate and communicate ideas requests to internal staff for proper planning and execution • Review Packlist with House Team • Confirm alcohol pull sheet is appropriate and accurate • Submit internal invoice post-event (adjust staffing, rentals, alcohol…etc. Benefits • Comprehensive Benefits package after 60 days working full-time (30 plus hours a week for 8 consecutive weeks) Medical, Dental, & Vision • 401(k) 4% match after 1 year of employment working at least 1000 hours in that year • Annual Commission • Paid holidays, PTO after 6 months • Staff meal per shift • Employee discounts at Market Hall and other DSquared outlets • Employee Discount on Catering 20% • Employee discounts or comp shows at Benaroya Hall
