Heritage Catering is looking for an energetic and talented Event Coordinator to assist in daily event planning operations and to support our team on-site at events! The Events Coordinator will work closely with the team to assist in the planning and execution of catering events and work directly with customers to gather event information, perform venue walk-throughs, and execute events. Job Details: • Hiring immediately • Typical Busy Season Schedule: May-October: Full-time, 40 hours per week • Typical Shoulder Season Schedule: January-April, November-December: Part-time, ~30 hours per week • Additional hours possible as dictated by event bookings • Flexible daytime office schedule, with some nights and weekends required on event days • Work Location: Home base in Fitchburg, WI + Event-based work throughout the Madison, WI area • Salary: $22-24/hour • Benefits: Employee discount, Occasional tips, Flexible schedule, Growth potential Heritage Catering, based in Fitchburg, WI, has been providing upscale catering services to both private and corporate customers in and around the Madison area since 2012, and are honored to have been the Premier Caterer for Concerts on the Square for many years.
