We’re looking for an Event Operations Specialist who notices the details everyone else misses, thrives under pressure, and communicates with clarity and kindness. What You’ll Do • Own the event from contract to close, partnering with sales, warehouse, culinary, and venue teams • Review rental orders, timelines, proposals, and notes with a sharp eye for accuracy • Create detailed production plans and communicate clearly with internal and external partners • Lead final details meetings, site visits, and day-of logistics • Keep files, notes, and systems updated in real time—no scrambling, no guessing • Submit invoices and wrap reports post-event to ensure clean closeout What Makes You Great at This Job • You are obsessed with follow-through and nothing makes you happier than a fully checked-off list • You love a timeline, a workflow, a template—and know when to customize them • You communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly—with clients, coworkers, and vendors • You don’t crumble when things change—you rework the plan and keep moving • You know that the last 10% of a task is where the magic (and the mess) lives
