Responsibilities • Overseeing success of events through management of staff • Assigning and delegating tasks properly to fulfill event logistics • Guaranteeing day of client satisfaction • Participating in weekly meetings and communication with executive level management • Guiding, mentoring, and training hourly employees through ongoing feedback and accountability to uphold Social Catering standards • Being a liaison between upper management and entry level staff members • Being a role model for expectations throughout event operations • Representing company values, goals, and mission statement while leading by example • Qualifications • Ability to drive a company vehicle AND must have a clean driving record.
