Event Manager, Catering • Setup, service, and breakdown of events • Greets and welcomes guests, assists with seating and food service • Coordinates orders and table service • Serves food and beverages efficiently • Collaborates with the Event Planning team for exceptional customer service In addition to these responsibilities, the Event Manager, Catering will assist with training and mentoring of food service staff, monitor banquet supplies, and ensure safe handling of food and sanitation of equipment. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalency • Minimum 5 years relevant experience • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred qualifications include experience with high volume off-site catering in a University setting.
