Catering Event Manager

The Catering Event Manager will be responsible for client consultations, menu development, proposal generation, contract negotiation, and budget management. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, and with service staff to guarantee outstanding guest experiences. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members is key. Coordinate with the culinary team for menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to ensure seamless event execution.
