Catering Event Manager

Event Managers act as the primary operational lead onsite, coordinating service teams, timelines, and overall event flow. We are seeking individuals who are calm under pressure, highly organized, team-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and elevated experiences. Serve as the onsite operational lead for assigned eventsOversee event setup, service execution, breakdown, and timeline managementEnsure events are executed according to company standards and client expectationsLead and direct service teams, captains, bartenders, and support staffMaintain professionalism and hospitality standards throughout the event Prior experience in catering, banquet management, hospitality, weddings, restaurants, hotels, or event production preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and organized in fast-paced environmentsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProfessional appearance and demeanorAvailability for evenings, weekends, and holiday eventsAbility to stand and move throughout extended events Noble Catering & Events is one of Southeastern Wisconsin’s premier hospitality companies, operating multiple exclusive event venues and offsite catering services focused on elevated guest experiences, thoughtful hospitality, and operational excellence.
