Description Role Description The Catering Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various events. Qualifications • Proven experience in event planning and management, including coordinating with clients and vendors • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and vendors • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred • Previous experience in event coordination and catering is required • Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, able to drive vans and navigate to different venues • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time • Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations • Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude are essential • Must be punctual and reliable • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Salary
