The Event Manager will be expected to otherwise role model appropriate behaviors to staff on a continual basis both in and outside of the event setting. Strong customer service and strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and conduct the flow of entire events are qualities needed by the Event Manager. · Ability to work a FLEXIBLE schedule inclusive of weekends and holidays with open availability. Ability to close all weddings and catering events with staff. · Minimum 1 year experience in event management
