As the Catering Manager you will be responsible for the prep of the catering event logistics and hiring/training/management of the serving team. You will need to consult with clients to determine their catering requirements, host couples at our tastings, and work with our Chef and catering staff to deliver an extraordinary guest experience. Be hands-on when needed and asses quality control in operations in order to ensure output aligns with company goals and values. Someone who has the initiative and the responsibility to make things happen. Someone who is highly organized – they can maintain proper systems in place and create new ones as needed.
