Catering Event Planner

Gourmondo Co is a dynamic, growing Seattle-based food business looking to add a talented Event Planner to our team! In this role, the proper execution of assigned events from start to finish is key, with special attention to the management of high-profile clients and high-touch, premium events. • Complete event report with timely feedback provided to internal team, plus creation of post-event file, submitting all invoices and receipts in accordance with closing standards • Maintain complete and in-depth files on all future and past events as directed by departmental standards • Establish and maintain relationships with area venues, various meeting planners, wedding coordinators, and event vendors, and attend all major Gourmondo marketing events • Expand client relationships beyond the event experience through post-event thank you cards, as well as client gifting and acknowledgements • Held accountable to meet monthly metrics including catering sales goals, conversion rates, and other defined deliverables Highlight of Gourmondo’s Benefits: • At Gourmondo, our Benefits package includes a choice of 3 Medical plans (Gourmondo covers 50% of medical premium), 2 Dental plans, a standard Vision plan, and complimentary Life Insurance Benefit of $10,000 for all full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours weekly. • 80 hours of PTO on the first year (accrual rate of 3.33 hours per pay period).
