Martin's Caterers is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Event Planner to join our growing team. This position offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment, along with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. If you enjoy building relationships, planning memorable events, and helping clients bring their vision to life, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective and existing clients to plan weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and special occasions.
Develop customized event proposals and present venue and catering options.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the planning process.
Coordinate event details with internal departments to ensure flawless execution.
Achieve individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct venue tours and represent Martin's Caterers in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate client records and event documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering, hospitality, event planning, or sales.
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.

Compensation

Base Salary: $52,000–$58,000 annually
Commission: Competitive commission opportunities in addition to base salary
Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications and experience
