You'll manage a team of catering staff and work closely with culinary, sales, and support teams to ensure exceptional service. Requirements of the Catering & Events Assistant Manager: • Associate’s Degree in food service or related field preferred. • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to kitchen hazards and varying temperatures.
