Catering & Events Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Catering & Events Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events throughout the property while supporting our guest experiences. Work independently while understanding the importance of communication and coordination with other employees and departments. The Catering & Events Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing memorable events and experiences throughout Casa de Fruta. The Catering & Events Coordinator will identify opportunities to grow Casa de Fruta’s event business, with a strong emphasis on expanding events within our Accommodations area, including lodging-based experiences, private gatherings, corporate events, celebrations, retreats, and other destination-focused opportunities. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality management, sales, customer experience, or a related field.
