Overview:

The Catering Sales Manager will drive catering and event sales by building strong client relationships, coordinating events, and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently meets sales targets, and delivers exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Catering Operations: Oversee daily catering orders, deliveries, and logistics.
• Team Leadership: Manage restaurant and market staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Assist in training, hiring, and supervising.
• Client Relations: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person; build long-term relationships.
• Event Management: Lead large catering events from setup to breakdown, ensuring successful execution.
• Sales & Growth: Drive sales growth by upselling new items and fostering customer satisfaction.
• Organization & Inventory: Keep catering orders organized, track inventory, and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales, make deposits, manage cash handling, and ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant catering experience.
• Event sales experience
• Strong communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Toast, MS Office (Word, Excel), and other catering systems.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and stay organized.
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
• Passion for growing a catering department through innovation.

Pay: $71,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
