Catering & Events Lead

Events & Catering Lead About Methodical About the Position • Works closely with the Catering & Events Manager to keep track of inventory of supplies and equipment related to Catering & Events • Drives the event vehicle to catering & event sites (Has a clean driving record) • Sets-up for catering and events on site, which can include Cortado, tent/ table, mobile cart, etc. • Upholds standards set by Methodical for quality of drinks and product (Displays a knowledge about the product, instead of only the ability to produce the product) • Works alongside other team members helping train and ensure that each member of the team is meeting Methodical standards • Serves as the main point of contact on-site for catering & events (for our team and the customer) Responsibilities • Develop a deep understanding of their position's subject matter • Develop the skills necessary to perform the tasks of their position • Consistently execute and operate at our standards • Uphold our culture and contribute to a team-oriented environment • Effectively communicate with teammates, leadership, and customers • Contribute to achieving their team's goals • Follow all required processes and procedures • Above all else, do their part in achieving the goal of excellent customer experiences Job Type • Part-time, 10-15 hours per week (Hours can increase with a willingness to say "Yes!"
