At SERVED, we bring high-end restaurant experiences to you! Do you love “booking and cooking” events and adding your personal touch to create memorable experiences? You will oversee our catering staff and be responsible for the successful booking and execution of all catering events. Duties include, but are not limited to: Creating/distributing schedules and organizing catering staff Interview potential new employees Must be able to train new catering staff on the “SERVED” way Managing the planning and logistics of each event from start to finish Represent SERVED at large events to ensure satisfaction Administrative tasks and coordination between the catering clients for SERVED and the catering restaurants Answering incoming phone calls leads Menu, decor, and plateware creation that aligns with each event’s concept to send with the teams to the home Ability to communicate in a clear manner to clients and catering staff Ability to understand what people are looking for, and provide insight in a professional manner. Candidate Must Haves: A genuine eye for detail and appealing presentation Strong hospitality and service skills Catering background or event booking/execution experience preferred Extremely people-centric and detail-oriented The ability to speak Spanish is a plus COVID-19 vaccination and ability to show proof required Strong sense of creativity to digitally develop menus, decor, and design of the event’s concept Desire to oversee social media for the brand and capture event photos Ability to spend roughly 70% of the time in the office and 30% in the field Please reply with your resume.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
