The main job function of the Catering Event Manager (CEM) is to ensure that all events run as planned. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the La Cantera Resort and Spa Culture as well as promoting the resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice. • Provide client with most up to date Estimate after all details are provided. • Provide client with diagrams as necessary. • Greet client upon day of event to ensure all aspects are in line with the planning timeline.
