Catering & Events Manager Upscale, Casual Restaurant – Pensacola, FL We’re looking for an experienced Catering & Events Manager to slead all catered events, private dining, and special functions. This role oversees event planning and execution from start to finish, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, memorable and on brand. Position Overview: • Coordinate and manage all catering events, including high-touch groups and special projects • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to plan menus, pairings, and event flow • Forecast and manage inventory, equipment, and staffing needs • Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and presentation • Prepare and distribute BEOs and ensure all event details are executed perfectly • Lead shifts, support staff performance, and help create a positive, guest-focused culture • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and event partners • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in events, catering and event sales • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • A calm, solution-focused mindset during fast-paced events • Knowledge of food, beverage, and current dining trends
