As a Catering Services Manager, you will play a vital role in planning and executing memorable events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. To achieve this, you must have excellent organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to bring events to life. • Follow the specific standard operation procedures for all staff in order to promptly and thoroughly handle all steps in the event planning process adhering to the standards of hotel protocol. • Ensure banquet event orders are accurate and provide all relevant information to departments concerned 15 days prior to event start time. • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in catering sales, or conference services, in a luxury hotel or resort property.
