Proactively generate and secure catering and event business through prospecting, client inquiries, and relationship-building to achieve sales and revenue goals.Conduct site tours, planning meetings, tastings, and client presentations for corporate events, social gatherings, and weddings.Collaborate with Sales, Catering, and Operations teams to optimize event space utilization and ensure seamless event execution.Manage all aspects of confirmed events, including contracts, event details, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), client communication, billing accuracy, and revenue-enhancing upsell opportunities.Oversee on-site event execution to ensure exceptional guest experiences, client satisfaction, and adherence to Four Seasons service standards.
