This position reports to the Catering & Events Sales Manager and is responsible for understanding client needs specific to food/beverage and event space, and ensuring efficient execution of catering events and weddings - with the ultimate goal of delivering an exceptional hospitality experience and maximizing revenue. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
