The Catering Management Intern will participate in a program lasting 12-15 weeks, working with our weddings & social events team to explore both the sales and servicing aspects of event planning across 8 estate venues. The incumbent will gain administrative and logistical planning skills, and provide practical, hands-on support to department managers and leadership, while prioritizing exceptional guest service. Some travel across estate to various venues and event locations is required; may be required to drive a company vehicle. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of college or university program in hospitality management, hotel management, tourism or related field. • Must be able to work in an office environment, interacting with guests and clients.
