Interest in sustainability and knowledge of local and seasonal cuisine are a plus.Duties include onsite execution of catering events, managing FOH staff, working closely with event planners on event details. This is a FOH position, serving experience is a must. Fine dining, catering, and management experience are ideal.Must be organized, have good customer service skills, managerial experience, and positive attitude.A current FH and OLCC card is required.This is a part time on call long term position.
