We bring exceptional food, beverage, and service directly to our clients, ensuring that every detail from setup to teardown meets our high standards of hospitality.We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and dependable Onsite Event Manager (OEM) to lead our events from start to finish.Position SummaryThe Onsite Event Manager is the backbone of our event operations. You will oversee the complete event lifecycle: preparing and packing equipment at the main kitchen, driving to the venue, managing setup, executing service, leading onsite staff, and handling post-event teardown and kitchen returns.This is an active, dynamic role that requires strong logistics management, leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Event Prep & Logistics:Gather, pack, and load all necessary food, beverage, decor, and equipment from the main kitchen according to event pull sheets.Safely transport items to the event location.Onsite Setup & Execution:Unload, set up, and style event spaces according to client specifications and Borderless Hospitality standards.Direct and manage onsite event staff (servers, bartenders, runners), ensuring smooth communication and high service standards.Serve food and beverages while acting as the primary point of contact for client requests and event logistics.Post-Event Teardown & Maintenance:Manage full event breakdown, clear the venue, and load equipment back into transport.Return to the main kitchen, unload, wash/sanitize dishes, clean equipment, and reset inventory for future events.Qualifications & RequirementsReliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle (such as an SUV, van, or truck) capable of transporting equipment and catering supplies for smaller events.Availability: Open availability preferred.
