Sales Duties and Responsibilities: • Coordinate all orders/events using Google calendar for availability • Communicate with restaurant teams as needed • Proper entering of all orders for events (pickups, deliveries, full services) Events Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare pack out lists & coordinate needs for full service, vending events with Event Director and Full Service/ Events Manager • Review all vending/full-service checklists for events prior to event date • Communicate all needs for events with Event Director and catering staff • Responsible for cash banks/ iPad for vending events • Train, implement and maintain proper procedures for all events with support staff • Communicate all full-service needs with event planner/ day of coordinator • All aspects delegated and discussed with the Catering Captain for the day of the event (equipment, tents, fans, iPad, banks, fees, tickets, garbage, parking passes, etc.) • The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety, operating and maintenance instructions, policy and procedure manual as well as the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • Always provide the highest level of guest satisfaction. Employment is not for a set period and may be terminated by either party with or without notice.
