The Catering Sales & Events Manager is responsible for driving catering revenue, coordinating exceptional client events, and ensuring profitable operations through strategic planning, strong sales performance, and close collaboration with the culinary team. • Schedule service staff as needed to ensure seamless event experience while adhering to productivity standards and labor budgets. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Technical Skills) • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field or commensurate number of years of professional experience in Professional Catering in a high-level management or ownership role. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in catering, sales, or event management within hospitality or food & beverage operations. • Supervisory experience with event or service teams required.
