The Catering & Special Events Coordinator will be responsible to support the overall day to day operations for the special events and catering department. Responsibilities:: • Plan, detail and execute catering requests for internal events and special events as assigned. • Assist the Director of Catering & Special Events with the planning and executing of catering orders for internal clients. • Plan and execute special events with range of experience as assigned. Qualifications: • Minimum 1- 2 years in hospitality coordinator role • Bachelor’s Degree a plus • Working knowledge of culinary/food & beverage • Detail oriented and experience in creating BEO’s • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
