We are currently seeking energetic self-motivated hands-on Catering Supervisor
for our higher educational location in Edison, NJ.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and oversee internal catering events
Develop and maintain the catering marketing plan including a comprehensive
event planning service to clients and detailed menu development
Assist in training and scheduling catering staff, and will be actively
involved in the development of existing catering staff in service techniques,
menu presentation, policies, and procedures
