Celebration Event Consultant (Weddings, Mitzvahs & Private Events)

Icon Event Group is a Kansas City–based event production company specializing in weddings, mitzvahs, corporate events, and high-end branded experiences. Icon Event Group is seeking a Celebration Event Consultant to manage inbound leads for weddings, mitzvahs, and other celebration-based events. This role is a flexible hybrid of client consultation, sales support, and light planning/design — ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with families and couples, shaping meaningful events, and guiding clients confidently through decisions. This position owns the client relationship from first inquiry through contract and provides planning and design guidance for larger or more complex celebration events before handing off to our production team. Client Consultation & Guidance • Conduct discovery calls and consultations with couples and families • Guide clients through: • Event vision and flow • Lighting and production options • Guest experience considerations • Help clients make confident decisions without overwhelm • Maintain a calm, high-touch client experience throughout the process
