Charity Event Assistant - Entry Level

We’re looking for a Charity Event Assistant to help manage event-day operations and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for guests, clients, and partners. As a key member of our events team, you'll be the welcoming face of our organization—sharing information about our programs, supporting event logistics, and creating a warm, engaging atmosphere. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love working with people, and have a knack for multitasking, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-of-event logistics to ensure smooth and successful execution • Greet, assist, and engage with attendees, offering accurate information about our clients and charitable programs • Support event setup, coordination, and tear down • Handle changing situations with professionalism and empathy • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the event Requirements • Outgoing, friendly, and self-driven personality • Previous experience in customer service or event support is a plus • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse groups • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities • Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure • High school diploma or equivalent required • Must be at least 18 years old
