• Assist National Events Manager with events including organizing rooming lists, attendee registrations, initiating contracts, ordering equipment and literature, communications to staff, occasionally acting as on-site support, social media promotions, reconciliation of invoices/final billing, collecting and analyzing feedback, and administrative functions. • Show competence in financial management; experience working with both small and large budgets. Education and Experience: • A Bachelor's degree in related curricula such as Marketing, Hospitality Management, Events Management, or Communications, or similar. • A minimum of 2 – 3 years of event or tradeshow planning experience. • Experience with CVENT or other event planning software platforms desired.
