Chief Information Officer - Banking

Requirements for this Chief Information Officer Opportunity: • Provides vision and strategic direction for all technology and information systems • Develops enterprise-level IT strategy in collaboration with business unit managers, customers, and stakeholders • Acts as a liaison to external IS vendors to improve business processes • Partners with risk management to maintain and enhance the enterprise-wide disaster recovery plan • Oversees the hiring, daily operations, coaching, performance evaluation, and professional development of IT staff • Actively participates in ongoing training initiatives • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related Business/IT field • Minimum of 10 years of IT/IS management experience • Must currently work for a Community Bank
