About the Position: The Adventure Camp Counselor Lead will play a critical role in the success of our summer camp program. This individual will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging outdoor activities for children of various ages, ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers at all times, collaborating with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive camp environment, and developing and maintaining relationships with local community organizations and businesses to enhance camp experiences.
