Church Hosting Office and Event Coordinator - Fixed Term - November 2027

The purpose of this position is to \"seek to bring forth and establish the cause of Zion\" by managing and coordinating events that are reflective of the church's values and standards. This is a dynamic role that combines event coordination with product management expertise. They are literally working in His kingdom. Managing and coordinating events that are reflective of the church's values and standards.Ensuring the successful execution of events held in facilities managed by the HQF Department.Providing a vital contact for coordination and supervision of event planning, development, and setup.Working with and understanding a wide range of sponsors and event types.Working with a high level of professionalism with all sponsors, departments, and related event support groups.Being in attendance when managing an event, often in the evening, on the weekend or holidays.Requirements
