Looking for a friendly and motivated person to help plan and execute events, manage daily operations, and help continue to build the brand in our Plymouth location. -Greet and build rapport with guests to ensure a positive experience -knowledge of cider offerings and curating options for guests (i.e: food pairings, flights, etc.) -Monitor inventory in advance to let production know of any needs for the taproom -Potential to manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support based on taproom needs - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints that may arise - Collaborate with managers to develop and implement strategies -Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally -Team-oriented, willingness to work with others (including other staff and managers) -Eagerness to work with customers to ensure a positive cider experience -TIPS certification required (can be acquired after hiring) -Familiarity with Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale systems -Previous experience coordinating events with vendors is a plus -Previous experience marketing events on various platforms is a plus Pay: From $15.00 per hour
