City Event Manager

Key Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate special events for the City of Pensacola. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess knowledge of event planning and management techniques. Duties will include planning and executing events such as concerts, performances, outdoor movies, festivals, and other community functions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the permitting process, facilitating rental arrangements, and providing technical assistance to city departments and event organizers.
