Client Concierge & Event Coordinator

This role also partners closely with the corporate sales and operations teams to support client tours, as well as venue marketing and community events, contributing to overall venue success. This fast-paced role offers meaningful growth within the events industry and requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and comfort with technology, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Support corporate team in delivering monthly sales targets for space, planning, and goods & decor On-site at the venue for a minimum of three days out of the week (including evenings, holidays, and weekends if applicable to client availability) to host tours with potential clients interested in booking events for weddings, corporate events or social celebrations Review past due quotes and orders for booked events weekly and follow up with clients and Accounting & Operations Partner with 828 Marketing & Sales to ensure information about the local market is appropriately understood to ensure optimal local marketing & sales execution Local support for management of booked clients based on package and deliverables, including response to client and company emails within one business day Sell and manage venue services, including coordination, in-house rentals, décor, and add-on offerings; ensure proper setup and execution on event day Venue liaison for all clients upon booking Leverage CRM and event management software to execute and manage client services and compile deliverables according to contract and package inclusions and conditions Perform regular venue observations and walkthroughs to address cleanliness, wear & tear, repairs and maintenance; replenish supplies inventories as needed Manage venue schedule by assigning booked events, managing and approving hourly staff PTO, and scheduling venue staff for event and non-event hours Onsite for events as scheduled Act as the venue liaison between local vendors and the venue team regarding policy questions, Epic Vendor list, marketing partnerships, etc. Schedule and host venue walkthroughs, in-person meetings, and rehearsals with clients Organize, host, and represent venue during community & marketing events, photo shoots, and large/unique events, as well as Walk-through Wednesdays Create and compile digital media and document on social media outlets Complete ad hoc requests and/or projects from 828 Leadership or corporate departments Train, manage, and develop venue staff
