This is a client-facing, brand-critical role that blends logistics, communication, guest engagement, and strategic outreach. You’ll work in-studio 3 days/week (Tues–Thurs) and have remote flexibility for admin or outreach support. Multi-Channel Guest Engagement & Outreach • Use LinkedIn, email, and phone to connect with aligned professionals for events and visibility opportunities • Send personalized invitations and follow-ups using brand-aligned templates • Maintain accurate records of guest outreach and RSVP status • Collaborate with the founder on warm lead handoffs and guest planning • Support LinkedIn visibility through thoughtful engagement with high-value contacts Creative Execution & Brand Support • Collaborate on landing pages, email sequences, and light copy for campaigns or invitations • Use Canva for simple graphics and content formatting • Assist with Kajabi or similar platforms for workshop or digital product pages • Ensure all visibility efforts reflect the brand’s high standards and aesthetic Growth & Relationship Support • Identify and flag warm leads for follow-up and client development • Send nurture emails to past guests or high-value contacts • Support list segmentation, tagging, and CRM upkeep as needed • You're likely to be a great fit if you have: • 2+ years in a client-facing, business development, account management, or community engagement role (Bonus if that includes working with entrepreneurs, consultants, or executive-level professionals) • * Experience coordinating high-touch small events, interviews, or brand experiences—either in-house or in a fast-paced consulting or creative environment • * Proven ability to communicate with senior-level professionals (on LinkedIn, via email, or on the phone) with clarity, polish, and purpose • * Confidence in outreach, follow-up, and strategic guest selection—you’re not afraid to make the first move, follow up twice, and track results • * Strong understanding of brand voice, client experience, and the importance of relationship-driven marketing • * Hands-on familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, ClickUp, Canva, Instagram, and CRM platforms (training provided if needed) • * A natural systems-thinker with a get-it-done mindset, excellent follow-through, and a passion for visibility, brand growth, and audience curation
