With team members across many of our US offices, Dublin and London, we are seeking new applicants with a passion for interacting with and educating our clients through digital and in-person events. The Opportunity: You will be a primary contact throughout the lifespan of an event, ensuring that our vision is turned into reality! You will be paired with a mentor to guide you through the role and will report directly to the Client Programs Group Manager who will encourage career development throughout your tenure. The Day-to-Day: • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, food and beverage options, and budget oversight • Manage relationships with our network of vendors and suppliers, negotiating contract terms and ensuring quality service • Oversee on-site event execution, resolving any issues and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees • Identify potential process improvements and develop solutions • Support post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
