Clinical Learning Specialist & Learning Event Planner

The Clinical Learning Specialist & Learning Event Planner plays an essential role in executing the learning functions of Mortenson Dental Partners. This position supports the Learning & Development Team by handling a wide variety of organizational systems and project management tasks related to Learning Events and the Academy of General Dentistry credential, with up to 20% of time spent traveling. Serves as the lead planner for national learning event logistics, providing hotel/venue sourcing, meeting management, vendor relations and planning services for: INSPIRE, Top Docs, and CE Learning Events with up to 20% of time spent traveling. This includes live & virtual experiences, overseeing planning logistics and setup, facilities and equipment management, and contract negotiations -up to company approved budget limits. Manages the budget allocations for all learning events and activities.
