Capital City Club is looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-focused individual as a Club Events Manager in our Brookhaven Location. This position is perfect for an individual who loves to plan, manage and assist in the administration and operations of unique member events. The Club Event Manager will take the lead for information collection and entry into the software to plan and communicate all the details to execute each event. • Maintain banquet software application to ensure it remains up to date with all necessary information and disseminate any and all changes in a timely manner to the appropriate departments • Inspect room set-up prior to the event, manage vendor partners, be present to greet members, and assist with check-in process as needed, determined by the Director of Catering • Ensure correct charges are billed to members after each club function • Maintain a network of quality vendors that can provide event amenities, products, and services. (will be required by the scope of the event) • Ability to focus on details
