Qualifications • Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields such as banquet management, restaurant service, hotel operations, or fundraising is highly desirable • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively • Excellent marketing and upselling abilities to maximize venue utilization and revenue opportunities • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships • Effective communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for coordinating with clients and vendors • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines • Knowledge of event marketing strategies and experience in event management software is preferred • Familiarity with contracts, catering arrangements, banquet operations, and guest services enhances success in this role • Ability to work independently within a commission-based structure while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm for the role Join us as a Venue Partner to help create unforgettable experiences while expanding your professional network.
