The Communications & Events Coordinator supports Girls Inc. of Worcester’s development and engagement efforts, playing a key role in donor relations, volunteer engagement, event planning, and communications. Reporting to the Director of Development, this position collaborates closely with the Development Team and across departments to ensure consistent messaging, strong community presence, and efficient donor and alumnae stewardship. • Collaborate with Finance to reconcile data and ensure proper tracking of donations. Marketing & Communications • Create and schedule content across all social media platforms and the Girls Inc. of Worcester website to align with organizational goals and mission. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in communications, nonprofit management, development, or a related field or 3+ years of experience in fundraising, communications, or event coordination.
