Communications and Events Manager

Morgan Hunt is currently working with a housing association in search of an interim Internal Communications and Events Manager... The role is suitable for a seasoned internal communications and events manager who has previous experience in organising staff events in a housing association. Programme Management • Working with the Head of Corporate Communications and Senior Internal Communications Manager, contribute to the internal communications work programme • Lead on the planning, development and delivery of new, complex projects and change communications campaigns, from inception to delivery • Contribute towards the development of internal communications strategies, particularly in relation to change communications • Planning and delivering colleague events and activities, as part of the internal communications and engagement programme Internal Events • Plan, coordinate and deliver internal events, including employee conference • Work with internal stakeholders to create event briefs and proposals • Carry out all operational planning for each event • Project manage events from concept through to delivery and analysis.
