This role will play a key part in coordinating large-scale events, publicity initiatives, executive communications, and influencer engagement efforts that drive earned media, audience engagement, and brand visibility across a portfolio of globally recognized entertainment brands. Support end-to-end execution of communications-driven events and special projects, including creative coordination, venue research, contract management, guest list oversight, and onsite logisticsAssist with planning and execution of tentpole events, publicity activations, executive appearances, and internal/external communications initiativesCoordinate with agencies, production vendors, media contacts, and external partners to support event execution and publicity effortsHelp manage executive communications, event itineraries, briefing materials, and attendance coordination across internal stakeholdersBuild and maintain relationships with influencers, tastemakers, media partners, and entertainment industry contacts to support earned media opportunities and audience engagementPartner closely with cross-functional teams including publicity, corporate communications, executive communications, CSR, events, and brand teamsProvide onsite event support, including occasional evening or weekend coverage as neededTrack project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and post-event reporting to ensure smooth execution and communication across stakeholders 2+ years of experience in communications, publicity, events, public relations, or related fields within entertainment, media, agency, or corporate environmentsProven experience supporting live events, communications initiatives, or publicity campaigns in fast-paced settingsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesStrong understanding of social media trends, influencer engagement, and pop culture landscapesAbility to communicate professionally with executives, talent, media contacts, agencies, and external partnersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and related collaboration toolsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Experience supporting entertainment publicity, influencer relations, or executive communications initiativesFamiliarity with tools such as Canva, Concur, Keynote, or SAPBachelorās degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field preferredWillingness to travel occasionally and support events outside standard business hours
